• All prices are in INR and include applicable taxes.
• Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
• We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or unavailable stock orders.

4. Replacement & Refund Policy

• 7 Working Days replacement or refund is available from the date of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with invoice.
• Refund/replacement is only applicable if the product is damaged in transit or defective.
• If the product is damaged by the customer, refund or replacement will NOT be provided.

5. Shipping

• We aim to dispatch within the estimated delivery timeframe.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or government restrictions.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages arising from product usage.

7. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
• All legal disputes will be handled under Delhi jurisdiction.
