Refund and Returns Policy

1. Replacement & Refund Period

We offer a 7 working days return and replacement window for eligible products from the date of delivery.

2. Conditions for Returns

• The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
• A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.
• Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products.
• Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
• Items marked “Non-returnable” on the product page.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or replacement, please contact us at support@vedasakti.in with your order ID and reason for return.

Note: Veda Sakti reserves the right to refuse a return/refund if it does not meet our policy conditions.
