Cancellation Policy

At Veda Sakti, we strive to provide you with a smooth shopping experience. However, if you need to cancel an order, please review the following terms:

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
• If the order is already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may opt for a return or replacement, as per our Return Policy.
• To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team within 12 hours of placing the order.

Refund Process

• Once the cancellation is approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
• Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

Non-Cancellable Items

• Customized or special request orders cannot be cancelled once processed.
• Products purchased during a sale or promotion may not be eligible for cancellation.
